SPRINGFIELD, Ill., Aug. 14 (UPI) -- A butter sculpture of former U.S. President Abraham Lincoln is part of this year's 2009 Illinois State Fair Butter Cow display, a sculptor says.  Sculptor Sharon BuMann said in addition to adding the beloved 16th U.S. president to the fair's annual sculptures made of butter, her work of edible art includes a butterfly, kitten and a hidden mouse, The Springfield (Ill.) State Journal-Register said Friday.

A hidden mouse?  Of butter?  Why hidden?  Lincoln would have loved it.

AUSTIN, Texas, Aug. 14 (UPI) -- Police in Texas said a woman who was caught on camera burglarizing a house multiple times told investigators she thought the home was abandoned...She returned several of the items reported stolen, including a vacuum, a wrench set, a few flashlights and a cooler. However, she said she did not know anything about a second cooler and $1,250 in cash that were also reported missing.

All the things one normally finds in an abandoned house.  Send her a lawyer.
